Privacy Policy
1. General Provisions
- 1.1. The collection, processing, and protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data" and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- 1.2. The collection and processing of personal data is for the following purposes:
- 1.2.1. Identification of the User to provide access to the functionality of the Mobile Application.
- 1.2.2. Identifying the location of the subject of personal data to ensure security and prevent fraud.
- 1.2.3. Creating feedback with the user.
- 1.2.4. Provision of additional services.
- 1.2.5. Improving the quality of services provided by the owner.
- 1.2.6. Providing effective customer and technical support to the user.
- 1.2.7. Conducting statistical analyses.
- 1.2.8. Improving the operation and functionality of the Mobile Application.
- 1.3. Personal data protection:
- 1.3.1. The collection, processing, and protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the principles of legality, confidentiality, reconciliation of voluntariness with compulsion, observing the basic human and civil rights and freedoms established in the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- 1.3.2. Individuals operating in the field of collection, processing, and protection of personal data give a written warning not to distribute such data during the period of activity and after leaving work.
- 1.3.3. The owner takes technical and organizational measures that guarantee the protection of personal data (including the prevention of accidental and unauthorized destruction, loss, illegal intervention, alteration, and other cases).
2. Final Provisions
- 2.1. The Owner does not control and is not responsible for third-party electronic platforms (website, mobile application, etc.) that the User can access through the links available in the Mobile Application.
- 2.2. The Owner shall not be liable to the User for any damages related to the use or inability to use the Mobile Application, including possible errors or malfunctions.
- 2.3. The Owner does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User and is not responsible for it.
- 2.4. This Agreement prohibits any interference with the Mobile Application in order to impair its security, integrity, or performance.
- 2.5. If, after acceptance of this Agreement by the User, force majeure occurs as a result of the influence of some unavoidable forces and the Parties cannot prevent it in advance either by reason or by reasonable measures, then the Parties shall not be liable for non-fulfillment or unsatisfactory performance of the obligations of this Agreement.
3. Dispute Resolution
- 3.1. Issues not regulated by this Agreement are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- 3.2. If any disputes or disagreements arise in connection with the performance of this Agreement, the User and the Owner shall make every effort to resolve them through negotiations between themselves.
- 3.3. If disputes are not resolved through negotiations, they are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
4. Responding to User Feedback and Requests
- 4.1. Applications related to this Agreement and the use of the Mobile Application are sent from the "Technical support" section created in the Mobile Application, and calling the "112" hotline for this purpose is prohibited.
